Tri Investments is an investment fund headquartered in the Great Britain that allotted a great deal of its funds to the Eastern part of Europe, especially to Czech Republic and Romania. Tri Investments is presently investing into a residential real estate fund called European Residential Property Fund, whose managers are important names in the world of investment business.
ERPF offers different investment opportunities within residential areas from Europe, and in countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland and Romania. The fund was developed in order to benefit of the advantages of economic growth in these countries.

The real estate developer of the premises situated on Eminescu Street is Remax Imobiliare, one of the firms in the holding Future Group, active on the Romanian market ever since 1991. During the past 2 years, Future Group has invested more than 1.2 billion euros all over the world, its most important projects being the ones implemented in Spain, Israel (Yehuda with more than 210,000 built sq.m. for more than 3,000 apartments). The company was partner in a series of major real estate projects developed until now on the Romanian market, such as: Sitraco Center (Bucharest), Gemenii Sitraco (Bucharest), Golden Tulip Hotel (Bucharest), Sinaia Hotel. Presently, besides the Eminescu View Project, Future Group is also developing a new project in Iasi, called Green Park, amounting more than 120 million Euros.
